When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP to 360-540-8446, no later than March 1st, 2025. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Are Kids Welcome?

Although we love your children, this will be an adult-only occasion. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements.

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Unfortunately because of the size of our venue we have not given out any blank plus ones. Those who are invited received an invitation. For a touch of fun and safety, we’ll have a friendly security guard at the entrance to check in our guest.

Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

Dress to impress! Our wedding is formal black tie, meaning women should wear black floor length dresses and men should wear black formal tuxedos or suits.

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Answer

Yes! Please bring your ID. ID will be required for all guests. We will be providing beer, wine, and seltzers. Due to venue restrictions, we ask that NO hard alcohol be brought to the venue.

What Time Does The Wedding Start And End?

Doors will open at 10am. Our ceremony starts at 11am & ends at 9:30pm.

Can I Take Photos And Videos During The Ceremony?

Of course! Please feel free to take as many pictures and videos!

Will The Wedding Be Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors with the reception to follow indoors.

Is There Parking Available At The Venue?

Answer

Yes, There is plenty of parking! Guest are welcome to leave their car overnight if needed.

Is there a designated smoking area?

Answer

All smoking on premises must be done at the fire pit and butts must be put into designated and provided cans at the fire pit.
