It's all happening

The couple met freshmen year of college in a coffee shop through the introduction of a mutual friend. They soon became the two friends in the group that were oblivious to the connection everyone else saw. Their friends would tell them, "you two are gonna end up together". Sure enough, four months later what everyone said became a reality... Julissa says, "what won me over was and is Gio's persistence and reliability." "My car would constantly breakdown so Gio would come over every night with his best friend Justin to fix it. Although, he would really bring Justin along so that he could flirt with me while Justin actually worked on the car. Talk about a great wingman. Gio would also wake up early to pick me up for school every morning, he was always so sweet." Gio says, "what won him over was Julissa's beautiful voice and kind heart for others." "Julie has the gift of leadership. Ever since we met, her strong character and ability to love others so well captivated me. Her spirit and presence naturally gravitated me towards her. And she was (still is) smokin' hot, so there was that too. haha!"

A photo shoot was already planned to take pictures for our "Save The Date" video. Little did Julissa know that Gio and Daniela (photographer/videographer/best friend of the bride) had planned to surprise Julie with the engagement ring at her favorite scenic spot. Gio and Daniela came up with a specific "Hand Gesture" to signal when the proposal would happen. When they got to the Blue Door Gio knew that this was the spot and when he was ready, he signaled Daniela and whispered in Julie's ear "I have something for you." He quickly took the knee. Julie thought he was tying his shoe and was oblivious to what was happening so Gio needed to ask again! But when the answer was "yes!" they both felt that the waiting was over and the beginning of something new had begun!
