Was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God (John 1:1). It was in our pursuit of God, that we met each other. Through a series of text (some ending later than midnight), Julie built up the courage to ask Ivan what his intentions were. Ivan with confidence asked Julie to go on a date, in which Julie quickly responded, “OK.” After 3 dates we both knew God was doing something special in our lives. Our relationship has been met with graces and struggles but with God in the center of it, we’ve learned to preserve and authentically love each other more and more everyday. Our relationship can be summed up by one word, adventurous, taking every little opportunity to make beautiful memories.
