For those staying in the old town, transportation from Plaza Obispo Galarza to Hospes Palacio de Arenales will be provided beginning at 7:45 pm. Transportation from Hospes Palacio de Arenales back to the old town will begin at 10:30 pm. Return transportation to Hospes Palacio de Arenales will begin at 12:30 am and continue until 2:00 am.

We will be providing tours on Thursday evening, and we highly recommend you join us! Tour guides will give you the history of Cáceres and take you through the medieval part of the city rich with story. You can also plan your own tour of the city at another time as there are many guides available but it’s more fun with us. We will meet under the arch in Plaza Mayor at 7:30 pm. Join us and learn the history of Julio's fascinating hometown. Tours will last approximately 1 hour. Transportation will be provided from Hospes Palacio Arenales to the old town at 6:00 pm. We suggest you enjoy a beer or glass of wine at one of the many bars in the Plaza Mayor ahead of our city tour. This evening is also a perfect opportunity to experience one of the many delicious restaurants in Cáceres. Look at the list of our favorites and make sure to book ahead.

While Julio insists that attire is entirely a matter of personal preference, for those seeking guidance, we suggest embracing the spirit of the Spanish summer - vibrant, colorful, and festive attire that allows you dance the night away. Wear something in which you feel absolutely spectacular! Transportation Buses depart at 7:15 pm sharp from Hotel Arenales and the Galarza parking structure in the old town. Please arrive 10 minutes ahead as the buses will depart on time. Return shuttle service begins at 1:00 am and runs on the hour every hour until 7:00 am. We cannot wait to share this special day with you all!
