Married Now. Celebrate Later.

Our love story began thanks to a pair of mutual friends who were getting married, and whose wedding we were both in. Despite us both being close to them for years, we had yet to cross paths, or one would somehow just miss the other. Even when Cassie and friends schemed a night to make the long-awaited introduction, Julio was (true to form) fashionably late, and the moment slipped by once more. ***But then 'the planets and the fates, and all the stars aligned. You and I ended up in the same room, at the same time'*** When we finally met, the connection was instant—magnetic, even. From sharing tapas on our first date to Julio’s beachside 30th birthday celebration, every moment felt like something familiar, something meant to be. In between belly-aching laughs, honest conversations, a surprise puppy, and later a surprise ring, our love grew into something deeply rooted and joyful. Just shy of our two-year anniversary on a soft, rainy April morning, we exchanged vows in a quiet ceremony at Lafayette Park. The rain paused just enough for us to be wed hand-in-hand in the pavilion overlooking the grotto; swans and ducks gliding peacefully beneath the bridge. Surrounded by our closest family and friends, we made a promise to each other—one of love, partnership, and all the little surprises still to come.
