Eastern State Penitentiary

Just blocks from our home, this is one of our favorite parts of the city.  Make sure you check out the meatballs and gravy at Villa di Roma and, if you're in the mood to sample delicious cheese and meat, head next door to Di Bruno Bros.

This neighborhood is quickly becoming the hippest in all of Philly.  If you make it there, make sure you check out W.M. Mulherin - one of our favorite restaurants in the city.

Fishtown

You can't talk about Philly without mentioning Independence Hall.  It is home to the Liberty Bell, and the country's first everything - Congress, White House, Supreme Court and more.  If you're a history buff - this is your spot!

The College of Physicians of Philadelphia - Mutter Museum

There are locations all over the city but this is arguably the best coffee in Philly.

There are a few of these in the city and they are amazing.  Donuts and Fried Chicken... what else do you need?

Federal Donuts

An unexpected gem in South Philly.  Located in an old high school building and one of the best views of the city you can find.  This is our favorite neighborhood hangout.

Bok Bar

Walk up and down this street and enjoy lots of shops, bars, restaurants, and the best that South Philly has to offer - including Bing Bing, Barcelona, Essen Bakery, and Pub on Passyunk.  Some of our favorite spots!
