Room blocks: We have secured a room block at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort. If you would like to book a room at this hotel please use the link below. https://reservation.outrigger.com/?adult=1&arrive=2026-10-06&chain=18497&child=0&config=SBEGROUP¤cy=USD&depart=2026-10-07&group=261009GARG&hotel=66403&level=hotel&locale=en-US&productcurrency=USD&rooms=1&theme=SBEGROUP. Hotel Areas: Waikiki: High-energy, endless shopping, and iconic beaches. Parking is pricey, so plan to only rent a car for the days you plan to explore! Turtle Bay: Ideal if you want a "resort-only" experience. Very expensive Ko Olina: Manicured resort lagoons (Disney Aulani, Four Seasons). Very "resorty" and family-friendly, but a bit isolated from the rest of the island. Airbnbs & Vacation Rentals: While we love the charm of a local rental, please be aware that Oahu has very strict laws regarding short-term rentals. Most short term rentals are found in Waikiki, Ko Olina, and Turtle Bay Area/The Kuilima Estates. That being said there are some rentals that can be found in other areas, just not many.
Due to limited parking at the venue, we have arranged for guest shuttles to and from the celebration. The Shuttle: We will have at least one bus departing from a central location in Waikiki. Depending on where the majority of our guests book their stay, we may add a second pickup location. The Journey: Please keep in mind that the venue is approximately one hour from Waikiki. We want you to relax and enjoy the scenic drive without worrying about navigation or parking! RSVP Note: When you RSVP, please let us know where you are staying so we can finalize the shuttle schedule. If you don’t know at the time of RSVP you can just update it when you do!
For Women: Outfits in breathable fabrics (silk, chiffon, or high-end rayon). Think "Sunset Tones"—deep oranges, rich greens, or ocean blues. For Men: If wearing a suit then think lightweight fabrics like linen. Ties are optional, but a jacket is encouraged (it may get cold up in the hills). Of course this is Hawaii, so Aloha shirt with dress slacks is perfectly appropriate. Our ceremony is on grass and turf! We recommend block heels, dressy wedges, or loafers.
