How do you recommend getting to Saratoga Springs?

Answer

Saratoga is a 3-hour drive from NYC. Amtrak also runs from Penn Station to Saratoga Springs or Albany - Renseelaer. The nearest airport is Albany International Airport, about 30 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs.

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones! However, due to limited space, we hope you understand that our wedding and reception will be adults-only with the exception of those in our immediate family. Thank you for your understanding!

Will there be a shuttle to/from the venue?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a shuttle service to safely transport guests from The Brookmere, to our wedding venue, and back. Shuttles begin at 4:45 PM.

What is the dress code?

Come dressed in your BEST! Black Tie Optional, color encouraged!

What time is hotel check-in?

Answer

Standard check-in at the hotel is 4:00 PM. Our ceremony begins at 5:30 PM, with shuttles beginning their loops at 4:45 PM, so we recommend that guests who would like extra time to get ready contact the hotel directly to request an early check-in. Please note: • Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on availability, but the hotel will do their best to have rooms ready in our hotel block • The hotel may only be able to confirm early check-in the day of arrival.
