The RSVP deadline is August 18th, 2024
We'd prefer you RSVP online. If you can't please reach out to Juliette or Conner and we can ensure we have a seat for you! If you do not RSVP there won't be a place for you to sit at dinner and we want to make sure everyone gets to eat yummy food!
We would love to be able to celebrate with everyone. However, due to budget and space, we cannot accommodate extra guests. Unless your kiddos or plus one are listed on the invitation, please leave them at home. If you feel like we might have missed someone in your family please let us know ASAP and we will do what we can to make accommodations.
Yes! Please see the Travel section of the website to see which hotels that we have room blocks available for.
This will be a semi-formal celebration in the mountains. For the guys, shoot for a nice pair of pants, button down or sport coat. Boots, bolos, and hats are welcome if that's your style. For the ladies, please keep in mind that it is an outdoor ceremony on a grass lawn and a gravel driveway. If you can handle that terrain in heels, power to you! I would opt for boots/booties, cocktail dress, nice skirt or pants, and a layer for when the sun goes down. We are planning on an outdoor ceremony- weather permitting- and it is Montana! Consider bringing a layer or two to keep you comfortable. And it has to be said, please avoid wearing white, off-white, eggshell or any other conceivable variation of white. Bridesmaids will be in a dusty blue and the groomsmen will be in navy blue suits.
Montana weather can be fairly unpredictable! Late September in Bozeman can have highs in the 60s and lows in the 30s. That being said, there is always the possibility of snow! Please pack layers and sensible footwear.
The reception and ceremony will both be held at The Woodlands in Cottonwood Canyon. 141 Old Timber Way, Bozeman, MT 59718 Please see the link below for more details about the venue. https://www.montanawoodlands.com/the-woodlands-property
There will not be a shuttle service available. We recommend carpooling with friends! Please plan ahead if you intend to partake in any alcohol and have a designated driver. Cottonwood Canyon is a bumpy dirt road and Cottonwood road has very tight twists in the road just before Cottonwood Canyon road. We were able to make it to the venue in a 2016 Nissan Rouge in dry weather without any issue but consider a vehicle with AWD or 4x4 with wet or snowy conditions. Let's keep this day a happy one and drive safe!
We will have a buffet catered by Zac's Montana Kitchen. If you have dietary restrictions, please make note of them on your RSVP form. Dinner will be a salad (spinach, radichio, romaine with toasted pecans, goat cheese, roasted beets, and vinaigrette), beef brisket, seared chicken, roasted potatoes, green beans with leeks, squash, fennel, and warm bread. Dessert will be a berry crisp with vanilla ice cream!
The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Please plan to arrive by 3:45 to allow you time to park and find a seat.
There is an area for parking at the venue itself and a short walk up a gravel road to the ceremony and reception. Please be mindful of other guests when parking to allow everyone to fit.
Leave the photo taking to our wonderful photographer Hailey! We would like you to be present with us for the ceremony. Please keep phones on silent and tucked away until after the ceremony itself. After the ceremony feel free to take lots of pictures and videos!
Reception is scheduled to end at 10:30 pm.
We will have an open bar. If you would like to bring cash to tip the bartenders, you are welcome to!
Please reach out to Conner or Juliette via email or text
