Our transportation will leave the hotel at 4:00 PM and will arrive at the venue at 4:30 PM. If you will not be on our shuttle, we ask that you arrive no later than 4:30 PM.
The dress code is formal. This can mean a floor-length gown, an ankle-length dress, or a dressy pantsuit for women and a suit for men.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (weather permitting). The reception will take place indoors on the same property.
Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. We will also have a shuttle to provide transportation to and from the hotel. Please visit the travel tab for more details about our block rooms.
We request all phones be turned off and tucked away during the ceremony. Our photographers will capture the day professionally. Following the ceremony, please take as many pictures and videos as you desire throughout the evening.
Yes! For those who want to keep the party going, we will be continuing the celebration from 10:30 PM - 11:30 PM in the upstairs bar of the venue.
Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out! Although we love your children, this event will be adult-only (excluding our flower girl and our nephew in the wedding ceremony).
