Dennis Cornelison
Father of the Bride
Father of three daughters and a son, of which the bride is the oldest. Graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Recently retired, he served as a pastor for 22 years. He and the bride’s mother, Diane Cornelison, have been married for almost 30 years. Always a good example for his children in word and deed. Although he is always hard at work on many different projects, he’s never too busy to stop and listen or offer advice. Definitely the best dad ever.

Mother of the Bride
Mother of four, Diane has always been very involved in her children’s lives. She homeschooled the bride from seventh grade through senior year, as well as the rest of her children. She worked tirelessly to make sure that her children had the best education possible and that her family was comfortable, happy, and healthy. She made sure her children had all the skills necessary to succeed in life, and although they are all grown, she never hesitates to offer the comfort and advice only a mother can give.
Ramón A. Ramirez
Father of the Groom
Ramón ties a full Windsor on his way to work as a world acclaimed piano tuner every day. Originally from Saginaw, Michigan and graduate of Michigan State University. Married to the groom’s mother, Silvia Ramirez, for 36 years. Always ready and willing to open his doors to the groom’s multitude of friends. Quick with wise words of advice and encouragement.
Silvia Ramirez-Diaz
Mother of the Groom
After spending all of her life in Mexico City, her beloved home, she left to marry the love of her life, Ramón A. Ramirez. She toured the world as a contralto in the UNAM choir alongside her brother, the groom’s godfather, Pedro Diaz. She went on to be a Spanish Professor at the University of Texas, where she still teaches to this day. Nurturing and always driving her children towards their full potential, she is the best mom ever.
Carly Noonan
Maid of Honor
The bride’s best friend! She also went to high school with the groom, and is the person who first introduced them. Lives in Houston, TX but is Austin, TX born and raised. The yin to the bride’s yang, Carly is the best friend a girl could ask for!
Ramón G. Ramirez
Best Man
The groom’s oldest and only brother. Married 8 years (almost 9!) to bridesmaid Victoria Ramirez. Graduated from the University of Texas. Acclaimed journalist and editor, focusing on sports and entertainment. The groom served as the best man in Ramón and Victoria’s wedding.
Colleen Jaimes
Bridesmaid
One of the bride’s two sisters. Graduated UMHB and A&M Law School. Lives in Ft. Worth, TX and married to groomsman Enrique Jaimes. Extremely driven and ambitious, she always somehow finds the time to give encouragement when needed.
Jessica Cornelison
Bridesmaid
One of the bride’s two sisters. Graduated UMHB and currently lives in Malawi, Africa where she teaches 3rd grade and engages in mission work. She has a huge heart for children and those less fortunate, and is one of the most open hearted people you could ever meet.
Caitlin Dougherty
Bridesmaid
Longtime friend of the bride (8 years, I think?!). Graduated from Texas State and currently lives in Austin, TX. Originally from The Woodlands, TX. Knows WAY too much about the bride, and the bride would probably never have made it to this point in life without her friendship.
Victoria Ramirez
Bridesmaid
Sister-in-law of the groom. Married to Groomsman Ramón Ramirez. Graduated University of Texas and America University in Washington D.C. and is Austin, TX born and raised. She’s intelligent, accomplished, and knows how to have a good time.
Virginia Jisha
Bridesmaid
Good friend of the bride and fellow cat enthusiast. She and the bride worked together at Tarka Indian Kitchen in Austin, TX. Currently lives in Houston, TX. Always ready to listen without judgement and be a supportive friend.
Jose Carranza
Groomsman
Jose and the groom have been close friends since freshman year of high school. Roommates for three years, they were the perfect partners in crime. You always know where you stand with Jose Carranza.
Xavier Rhines
Groomsman
Xavier and the groom have been good friends since high school. Performed alongside the groom and best man in the hip hop band RX Family. Never afraid to himself and loyal to those he loves.
Brice Bowden
Groomsman
Brice and the groom met performing with the popular local band Sheer Khan and the Space Case, along with groomsman Bert Mesa. Went on to form their current trio A Tiger Lily. Also performed in the experimental improv group Logrythm. Also performed together in the memorial concert for close friend and former band mate, David McKnight.
Roberto Mesa, Jr.
Groomsman
Originally from Grand Haven, Michigan, Bert and the groom met while performing in Sheer Khan and the Space Case. Bert is also a founding member in the trio, A Tiger Lily alongside groomsman Brice Bowden. Admired by many fir his kind nature.

Married to bridesmaid Colleen Jaimes and future brother-in-law to the groom. Graduated UT Arlington with a degree in Civil Engineering. The groom served as a groomsman in Enrique and Colleen’s wedding.
Jacob Cornelison
Officiant
Jacob is the bride’s youngest sibling by 9 years. He is also the only son in the Cornelison family! He is married to Lillian Cornelison. They recently had their first child (the first grandchild!), baby Mya. Jacob is a hardworking man who would do anything to help someone in need.

Master of Ceremonies
Jacob Martinez, regular modern day James Dean. Wide knowledge of formal wear, spirits, all around classy man. Loyal to his friends and never threatened with a good time.
