Dan and I met when we were sixteen years old at Camden Catholic High School (go Irish). We would pass each other in the hallways and started walking to classes together. We began talking every day, and I eventually mustered up the courage to ask him to my Sophomore class dance. A few months later, Dan asked me on a date to the movies and asked me to be his girlfriend - that day was May 17th, 2013. We both continued our education after high school and we attended Temple University (go Owls). We studied in the library together, spent free time, celebrated an Eagles Super Bowl victory, and explored the city as broke college students. Thankfully, the Draught Horse had "Fifty Cent Fridays." Despite the struggles and stress from college academics, athletics, and part time jobs, we still managed to support one another. Our relationship continued to grow and adapt as we transitioned into young adults. After we both graduated, we entered into the work field. We've learned how difficult it is when you don't know what next step to make. But we have also learned how to continue to encourage one another, and to stay confident that everything will work out. Hard work becomes a little bit easier when you have motivation in the person you love and the future you see together. In all of that time in between, Dan and I have had a lot of fun and have made some great memories with family and friends. We have been to a lot of amazing concerts over the years and a couple of music festivals. We have also been able to travel and see some pretty cool places. There have been many ski trips to Vermont, the Poconos, and even to Park City. We watched the Eagles beat the Broncos in Denver for my 25th birthday. We got to spend two summers living with friends in Sea Isle. And most recently, we visited Dan's brother in Austin. No matter where we go, or who we are there with, I know I will always have fun with Dan at my side. On July 1st, 2023, Dan proposed to me on a beautiful summer day. He asked me to marry him, and I couldn't imagine a better future. We purchased our first house together in December of 2023, and we look forward to what lies ahead. We are both so very excited for this upcoming adventure, and we cannot wait for you all to celebrate with us on our wedding day. More stories and memories to come... XOXO
