We went here on our first kayaking adventure together back in March 2020. It spontaneously became a very special day in the history of our dating months!
Holmes Run Stream Valley Park
Going for a picnic together on the grass surrounded by the creek followed by some hammock time in Holmes Run Stream Valley Park was an epically beautiful way to spend my mom's birthday this year on April 20, 2021.
United States National Arboretum
We visited the National Arboretum on Good Friday (April 2021) after singing with the CL choir while praying the Way of the Cross in DC. We were fortunate to have a very talented amateur photographer and student at Juliet's school, Zoe, join us to take our engagement photos. We had such a blast-- despite the terrible cold and strong winds!
Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception
We visited the Basilica of the National Shrine immediately following our visit to the Arboretum on Good Friday (April 2021). The cherry blossoms were astoundingly beautiful that day!
