As the La Crosse Queen paddles upstream on the main channel of the Mississippi River, your guide will explain facts and trivia of the historical and present day river, along with local points of interest. Watch for eagles and other wildlife as we cruise past steep bluffs adjacent to the "Great River Road" (Hwy. 14/61) a route designated by AAA as one of the most scenic areas in the Midwest! As we near Lock & Dam No.7 in Dresbach, Minnesota, we will explain the locking process to you.

This park is a lovely little site to walk through when you're waiting to board the La Crosse Queen. It's actually 2-in-1, as there is also the Friendship Park as well. Beautiful flowers, trees and other plants surround various sculptures from around the world.
