Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RVSP by Sept 1st so we can finalize the details for our big day!

Question

Where is the location?

Answer

ARRAS Banquet & Events 1464 W 7th Ave 4th Floor, Vancouver, BC V6H 1C1, Canada

Question

What travel documents do I need to attend the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Since our wedding is in Canada, all U.S. guests will need a valid passport or REAL ID to cross the border. If you’re flying, a passport book is required. If you’re driving, you can use a passport book, passport card, or an enhanced driver’s license (REAL ID). Please check that your travel documents are up to date well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues. If you’re not a U.S. citizen, be sure to review Canada’s entry requirements for your specific country.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:30PM to allow time to find your seat and settle in before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00PM.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional / Formal Attire. For more details and inspiration, please visit the "Attire" tab.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all our guests to enjoy a relaxed evening, we kindly ask that children not attend. If we’ve previously discussed an exception with you, then everything is all set.

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence is truly the greatest gift we could ask for! We don't have a traditional registry, but for those who feel inclined to give, a card box will be available at the guest table. We appreciate any contributions towards our future together, but please know that celebrating with you is what means most to us!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Street parking is available but is paid. There is also a paid parking garage (about $12 per vehicle) on the right side of the building available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate your needs.
