Our Story
Ricky and Julie first met April 2017, at "Country Thunder" a renowned country music festival. The two found themselves instantly drawn to one another. Their relationship blossomed quickly, and they were warmly embraced by each other's families, who saw the genuine happiness they brought to one another. Over eight years together, they traveled the world, created memories, and started to build their forever.
September 15, 2024, Ricky got down on one knee and pulled off the BEST engagement. It started with Wood family photos that turned into a surprise sunset engagement. Ricky called Julie's mum to ask permission to propose and invited her to show up to the proposal as a surprise. Seeing Ricky FINALLY down on one knee, Julie excitedly answered with a YES! It was an unforgettable engagement filled with tears of joy, and surrounded by the love of their family.
