Answer

Yes! Elevated cocktail attire. All guests are expected to follow this dress code. For women: knee-length, midi, full-length dresses, or elegant jumpsuits—nothing too casual (cotton, seersucker) or short (above the knee). And of course, no white or cream dresses please. For men: suits with a tie Please no jeans, shorts, flip flops, sneakers, or casual wear.

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes early to the ceremony to allow time to park and be seated. If you are late, we ask that you wait until the ceremony is over as to not interrupt the special moment.

Yes- there is plenty of parking at Sacred Oaks. There is a large parking lot directly in front of the venue.

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Please no phones, cameras, pictures, or videos during the ceremony. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards.

Our ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors. For the reception, we will move indoors.

Please note allergies on the RSVP. Dinner will be served as a buffet, but we will do our best to accommodate all allergies.

Yes! If you plan on drinking, please do so responsibly. We'd hate to have to cut the party short for anyone.

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party and family will be taking pictures nearby. Guests will head straight to the lawn area where we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres & cocktails for one hour.
