Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to wear formal attire. For men: suits are perfect. The wedding party will wear tuxes and you are welcome to do so as well. For women: think nice dresses or floor-length gowns—whatever makes you most comfortable!

Is there parking for the ceremony, reception, and brunch?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking at the church, Southampton Bath and Tennis, and a valet at brunch. We will also provide shuttles from hotels. Please see shuttle details below.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to many factors including limited space, we have decided to keep our reception an adult-only event. However, please feel free to bring your little ones to our ceremony if you would like!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

By what date should I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than August 18, 2025. RSVP's will be sent after the save the dates.

Can I take public transportation to Southampton?

Answer

Yes! From NYC, options include the Long Island Rail Road (from Penn Station or Grand Central) or the Hampton Jitney or Hampton Ambassador (from multiple locations in Manhattan, including the Upper East Side, Midtown, and Downtown). There are also Jitney and/or train options from JFK, LaGuardia and Newark airports. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any help planning. Important Tips: * Schedules: Both LIRR and Hampton Jitney schedules vary by season and day of the week. Check schedules online to ensure availability. * Tickets: Purchasing tickets in advance (especially for the Hampton Jitney) is recommended. * Travel Time: Allow for extra travel time during peak periods, especially on summer weekends when traffic to the Hamptons can be heavy.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

Transportation Shuttle service will be provided between the following locations: Welcome Drinks: Shuttles will depart from The Atlantic Hotel, Harpoon House, and 1708 House to Cowfish for the welcome drinks. Return service to the hotels will be available at the conclusion of the event. Reception: Shuttles will depart from The Atlantic Hotel, Southampton Inn, Harpoon House, and 1708 House to Southampton Bath & Tennis for the reception. Return service to the hotels will be provided. After Party: Following the reception, shuttles will transport guests, who would like to attend, from Southampton Bath & Tennis to Shippy’s for the after party, with return service to the hotels afterward.

What is the shuttle schedule?

Answer

The shuttle schedule will be provided in your welcome bags. You can also find it here: For the ceremony shuttles will depart at the following times: Harpoon House at 1:30 pm The Atlantic at 1:45 pm 1708 and Southampton Inn at 2:00 pm For the reception, shuttles will depart at the following times: The Atlantic at 5:30 pm Harpoon house, 1708 and Southampton Inn at 5:45 pm Return service from the reception will be available at 9pm and 10:30 pm. There will also be bus service to the after party from the reception and from the after party to the respective hotels.
