Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception are both taking place at Quincy Cellars.

Question

What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00pm, cocktail hour will be after the ceremony until the reception starts at 5:30pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Keep in mind the ceremony will be outside (weather pending). There are cement paths, but the driveway is gravel and some grassy areas to walk on.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, under a pavilion. Of course, we cannot guarantee the weather, but we are praying for a beautiful sunny day. The reception will be indoors.

What to expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, our immediate families will be taking pictures. Guest will be asked to head down to the wine cellar for cocktail hour for some light snacks and drinks. Dinner will be served around 6:00pm, with dancing to follow.

Are kids invited to the Wedding/Reception?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, only immediate family children are invited. It will be clearly stated on your invitation

Are plus ones included in the invites?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends; due to limited capacity we can only accommodate those named on the invitation. Plus ones are clearly written on invitations.

Will there be a hotel block?

Answer

We will not be doing a hotel block because there is not a hotel very close to the venue. There are however many Airbnb's in the area.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We will be serving light snacks during cocktail hour, followed by dinner and of course dessert.

I have dietary restrictions, what's the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.

Will there be an open bar?

There will be an open bar. We are getting married at a winery. Our bar will have Quincy's craft beer and wine.
