We're Getting Married!

The night of ramble jam Logan and Julie were never supposed to meet. Julie had purchased tickets planning to go with Kristin. While Kristin had purchased tickets with her mom. Kristin had a conflict and wasn’t able to go which led to Julie almost not attending Ramble Jam. Logan’s mom ended up giving Kristin’s ticket to Logan. Julie not knowing that Logan and his mom would be there ended up going on Saturday night anyways. After losing the group of friends Julie had met with at the show she wandered into the VIP area. In the VIP area she spotted Logan’s mom and shortly after Logan appeared. After Julie had a few beverages Logan spent the remainder of the evening looking after her. While Logan and Julie were waiting for Julie's ride on the tailgate of his truck he realized he no longer saw Julie as just his sisters’ best friend. Unfortunately, Julie was still living in California at the time and Logan was seeing someone, so they quickly lost touch after that night.

In March of 2016 Julie had moved back to Minnesota. Julie decided to visit her old hometown in California during April 2017. One night in particular Julie texted Kristin to catch her up on her day like normal. Since Kristin was driving them home from the race track Logan decided to answer the phone. Julie who was oblivious that she was talking to Logan proceeded to talk on about California, while Logan was trying not to let it slip that it was him. After a while Julie started to realize that it didn’t seem like it was Kristin responding. Logan finally confessed to being the mystery texter and sent Julie his number to continue their conversation.

Julie and Logan continued their conversations night and day until she returned home from California. Unsure of where this connection would lead Julie and Logan did their best to hide their feelings from everyone. They wanted to figure out what this was before they told others. One night at the race track it became too obvious that the two had feelings for each other and they were caught.

On May 19, 2017 Logan took Julie on a date to the Minnesota Zoo. They shared an amazing time together and at the end of the date Logan worked up the courage and asked Julie to be his girlfriend.

On October 3rd, 2017 Logan and Julie purchased their first house in Richfield, Minnesota. It was a small first house but it was perfect for the two starting their lives together.

After a day filled with family Christmases Logan pulled out the ring he had been hiding in the Christmas tree. In front of their tree on Christmas Day Logan got down on one knee and proposed to Julie.

Julie and Logan are beyond excited to be celebrating the start of their forever surrounded by all their friends and family.
