Rocky Mountain National Park: Located about 1 hour and 45 minutes northwest of Denver. Requires a timed entry and a day pass of $30. My favorites hikes are Emerald Lake and Loch Lake/Sky Pond. Enjoy food and drinks in Estes Park afterward. Chief Mountain Trail: Located in Evergreen only 45 minutes from Denver. This trail is about 3 miles round trip and steep. If you are up for adventure, the 360 views of multiple 14ers at the top are totally worth it. Panorama Point: Located in Evergreen about 35 minutes from Denver. This trail is 3 miles round trip with an easy incline. Fun fact: this is where Keenan proposed! Beautiful views and good memories here.
The venue is open for visitors to explore during the morning and afternoon before concerts in the evening.
A fun and kid friendly way to see the Rocky mountains in the summer.
If you're a fan of beer, the Coors brewery tour is a must. Admission is $20 with three beer samples at the end of the tour. Afterward, explore Golden and its main street.
Colorado Rockies vs St. Louis Cardinals Sept 4-6 Pro Tip: sit on the first base side for evening games if you want spectacular sunset views of the Rocky Mountains over the stadium. Sit on the third base side for afternoon games to stay out of the sun.
