Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside. The cocktail hour will be inside/outside. The reception will be inside.

What about COVID-19? What extra safety measures can I expect?

Answer

We are proceeding with the hope that our wedding can carry on as planned, but are monitoring the pandemic closely. Should we need to make arrangements, our guest list may be limited to only immediate family. If you’re feeling under the weather or know you have potentially been in contact with someone who tested positive for Covid, please stay at home. As much as we want you here with us, we care more about your health and that of the rest of our guests.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may start arriving at the venue at 5:30 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00 pm.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Use this as an excuse to finally break out the fancy outfits - jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, suit & tie, sports coat, etc..

Will there be transportation provided from the hotel(s) to the venue and back?

Answer

As of right now there will not be any provided transportation from the hotel(s) to the wedding. Please feel free to use Uber, Lyft or any other ride service to safely get to and from the venue. Should be around a $15-20 ride. We are working to provide transportation back to Le Meridien after the wedding. Stay tuned!

Yes there is plenty of parking at the venue.

Due to covid-19 restrictions, we kindly ask that only guests who have been invited, attend.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we are having an adults-only wedding. We are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party. If anyone needs help with making arrangements for child care, please let us know and we will do our best to assist.

Are guests allowed to take pictures/post pictures to social media?

Answer

Yes, the more pictures the merrier. Just be sure to silence your phone during the ceremony!

Answer
