9:30 am - 3:30 pm

Cruise / Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, tropical / floral prints, suits in lighter hues and comfortable dress shoes.

The wedding is on the Carnival "Vista" cruise ship at embarkation in Galveston port. Please arrive at the port no later than 9:30 a.m. Carnival Cruise Lines has a wedding check-in desk to expedite the check in of guests, both sailing and non-sailing, located downstairs at the entrance to the terminal. Once the ship has been cleared by U.S. Customs we will be able to board the ship. All sailing guests must arrive at the terminal completely dressed for the wedding as the cabins may not be ready. All checked baggage will not arrive at cabins until late afternoon. Sailing and non-sailing guests must have driver's license or passport, boarding pass. What to expect on the day 1) 9:30am checkin 2) Boarding, after ship clears customs 3) Brunch buffet - Lido, deck 10, and explore the ship 4) 1:00pm Wedding - Library, deck 5 Promenade 5) 1:30pm Reception - Piano Bar, deck 5 Promenade (open bar, food and DJ) (Non-sailing guests short-term parking facilities, parking $14.00)
