FAQs

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you! As we are planning for an intimate celebration, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only event. While we absolutely adore your little ones, we hope you understand that this decision will allow all of our guests to relax and fully enjoy the evening.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

To help set the tone for our evening, we kindly request that guests dress in cocktail attire. We want everyone to feel comfortable and fabulous as we dance the night away and celebrate this special occasion.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

To help us manage our guest list and ensure an intimate experience, we kindly ask that only those individuals listed on the invitation attend the wedding. We hope you understand and appreciate this request as we want to keep the day as seamless and memorable as possible for everyone.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask that all guests arrive at the venue no later than 3:30 PM. This will give everyone plenty of time to get settled before the ceremony begins promptly.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Convenient parking is available at the venue for all guests. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same location, so there’s no need to worry about moving between venues.

Question

What if I forgot to RSVP?

Answer

To help us finalize all the details with our venue and catering team, final guest numbers are due by August 8th. If you’ve forgotten to RSVP by the deadline, please reach out to us immediately so we can make the necessary arrangements. Those who have not RSVP'd will not have a seat.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair friendly?

Answer

We want all of our guests to feel comfortable and welcome as we celebrate our wedding day! We’re happy to share that both the ceremony and reception spaces are wheelchair accessible: The ceremony space is easily accessible by wheelchair, though it is located down a hill from the parking lot. For those who prefer not to navigate the hill, we’ve also arranged for an overlook where you can enjoy the ceremony from above. The reception space is fully accessible, with an elevator available to all guests. If you have any specific accessibility needs or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We want to ensure everyone has a wonderful experience!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’re so excited to have you join us on our special day! To make your stay as convenient as possible, we’ve arranged a room block at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in West Mifflin, which includes free parking and free breakfast. The address is: 1000 Regis Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. If you’d like to book a room, please be sure to mention our wedding when making your reservation to receive the group rate. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to reserve early. You can do so online, via the reservation link under the "Travel" link above, or by calling the hotel directly. The discounted rate will end exactly one month prior to our event.

Question

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttle service to and from the venue from the Springhill Suites by Marriott. The shuttle will leave at exactly 3:30pm to ensure all guests arrive by 4:00pm for the ceremony. Please mention in your RSVP if you plan to utilize the shuttle so we can ensure we have enough seats!

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

For those who have asked about gifts, we’ve set up a wedding registry to help us get started on our new life together. Additionally, we’ve created a honeymoon fund to help make our dream getaway a reality. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, but if you’d like to contribute in another way, we’ve made both options available for your convenience here: https://www.zola.com/wedding/julieanddomanic/registry
