With no traffic, Publick House is one hour away from Logan Airport in Boston or 50 minutes away from Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks. Sorry for the extra travel time, we wanted to find a place halfway between our friends and family in MA and those in CT!

Publick House Historic Inn
Publick House has multiple buildings at the same location as the reception that have a range of prices. They will offer a block of rooms for the night before and the night of the celebration, but once the rooms are gone, there is no guarantee of getting a room there. So I recommend booking rooms far in advance - the block expires mid April, 2025. That being said, please check the prices online or by phone WITHOUT mentioning the wedding first. They sometimes have flash sales and offer better prices that do not get updated on the block of rooms. If you are not able to get a better deal and it is before mid-April, the code for the block is 0625MA. There are four lodging facilities all with private baths, air conditioning, flat screen TVs and wireless internet. ▪ The Historic Inn has 17 country guest rooms each with their own 18th century décor. ▪ The Chamberlain House has 12 suites and 8 guest rooms. Dave and Julie will be staying in this building the night of the celebration. ▪ The Tillyer House has 28 guest rooms, day spa & salon, and fitness room. ▪ The Country Lodge has 63 guest rooms nestled on the hill near the outdoor pool. The least expensive rooms are in the Country Lodge but I saw some reviews that said they allow pets to stay in that building so it wasn't as enjoyable or as updated as the other buildings. I have attached info to other area hotels within a 4 minute drive of Public House.
