Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The guest arrival window is from 4:15 PM–4:30 PM. Please arrive on time, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Answer

Yes. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options will be available. Menu details will be shared closer to the wedding date.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding smaller and more intimate, the event will be adults only, with the exception of guests specifically included on your invitation. If this affects your attendance, please contact Dan or Julie so we can discuss accommodations.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. We recommend suits or other elevated formalwear for men, and cocktail dresses or garden party-inspired attire for women, with pastels, florals, and romantic textures encouraged.

Where should guests stay?

Answer

We recommend that guests stay in the Newport or Middletown area, as both are conveniently located near our venue. Nearby cities such as Tiverton, Bristol, and Fall River may also offer additional lodging options. We will share details regarding a hotel block closer to the wedding date.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors? What if it rains?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and open bar will take place outdoors, while dinner and dancing will be held inside the manor. Guests are welcome to wander throughout the property as they please. In the event of rain, the ceremony may be moved indoors. Portions of the event will take place on grass and stone walkways, so guests may wish to plan footwear accordingly.

Are cellphones allowed?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from using cellphones during the ceremony. Afterward, we welcome you to take as many photos and videos as you’d like to help remember the day.

Will there be a wedding shuttle service?

Answer

Yes; we will be working with a shuttle service to help transport guests safely between the hotel and venue. Additional details will be shared closer to the wedding date.
