Once upon a time when it was the beginning of a Global Pandemic, Julie & Cody were both seeking companionship and connected on Facebook Dating. Once they connected virtually, it took a few weeks before their schedules aligned to meet in person (Julie's schedule mostly). Julie appreciated Cody's persistence and consistency so she finally agreed to meet him for a hike at Table Rock. During that hike, they learned a lot about each other's backgrounds and how they both ended up in Idaho. They parted ways after the hike wondering when they would see each other again. As luck would have it, they were both home & free that evening. They kept the conversation going for hours at Julie's house and made plans to see each other again. From that point on, they were inseparable. Together, they conquered their first road trip, their first construction project, their first holidays, and introducing their kids to each other. Over the next year, the pair grew more serious; however, did not want to take the next step of living together until they were married. Due to the circumstances of the Pandemic, the couple decided to elope with their pastor, kids and Cody's parents in Boise, Idaho on July 21st, 2021. It was a very intimate ceremony combining their families into one. It's been a long time coming for the couple and their kids to celebrate their covenant of marriage with their families and closest friends! They are so excited for this after party!
