When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

May 20 2026. This will allow us to finalize plans, ensure we plan ahead for every guest and give people enough time to RSVP.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather will be very warm and summery! Of course there is always a chance of rain so please make sure you bring options of layers, and for the evening to have a warm layer for when it cools down.

Where should I park?

Answer

Once you enter the driveway, follow the road all the way down past our two houses and you will see parking signs directing you to park in the nearby lot. We will have helpers to assist in making sure you know where to go!

What is the dress code and what shoes should I wear?

Answer

We’re keeping it breezy yet classy for our wedding! Our dress code is summery and semi-formal, meaning light, breathable fabrics like cotton or linen, and a splash of floral prints! A floral dress or a cute skirt and blouse combo would be perfect or a dress shirt with chinos or a light suit is just right. Floral accessories are also a great touch! For shoewear, please be aware you will be on grass, so flats or chunky heels will be perfect!

How to get to Penner Ranch?

Answer

The address for Penner Ranch is 63502 Hwy 897, Cold Lake, AB which should be available to view on Google Maps. There will be decorations set up to the entrance of the driveway on the left side of the highway to make sure you can see us! Penner Ranch is beautifully situated in northern Alberta about 3 1/2 hours from Edmonton Airport. We would suggest getting together with some friends and make a fun roadtrip up to the farm to be a part of our special day.

Can I bring my phone to the ceremony?

Answer

Please be aware it is an Unplugged Ceremony, so please leave ringers off and keep phones in your bags/pockets. After the ceremony is over, we will be able to bring them out again for pictures!

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

We are very honoured to accept wedding gifts, however we cherish your time spent with us much more! We will be travelling shortly after our wedding day and will be unable to bring any extra items with us, but if you would like to leave a card in our card box on the big day, we would love to read them!
