Where is the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both be at the Philadelphia Cricket Club. Please note, the Philadelphia Cricket Club has multiple locations, ensure you use the following address 415 W. Willow Grove Ave, Philadelphia, PA, 19118.

Will transportation be provided to and from the Venue?

Answer

Yes, buses will be provided to transport guests to and from our hotels to the Philadelphia Cricket Club. Buses will depart from the hotels to transport guests to the Cricket Club as follows: Marriott Hotel: 4:00 PM West and Main: 4:00 PM & 4:05 PM Please ensure you are in front of the hotel prior to these departure times to allow time to load onto the busses. Two shuttle times will be available to bring guests back to the hotels and/or to the after party following the reception: Early Bus: 10:15 PM - This bus will make a stop at both hotels Late Buses: 11:10 following end of the reception - This bus will make a stop at the Great American Pub for those who wish to attend the after party, as well as both hotels

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes, parking is available on site at the cricket club, valet parking will be available.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, please arrive by 4:45 PM to ensure you are seated prior to the event. For individuals taking the busses from our hotels, they are organized to arrive in advance of the ceremony. We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away and join us in being fully present for our “I do’s.” Don’t worry — we’ve got a great photographer capturing every moment, and we can’t wait to share the photos with you!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress codes for our wedding and reception are black tie optional. Think timeless and elegant! A tuxedo or formal dark suit and tie is perfect for gentlemen, while ladies can opt for a long gown, a cocktail dress. Feel free to dress to impress — just think polished and sophisticated with a touch of glamour. While our bridal party will be wearing shades of blue please don’t feel limited! You're more than welcome to wear this color if you'd like — we want everyone to feel their best.

Will the wedding events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be be outdoors (weather permitting). Our reception will be indoors.

What does the wedding day timeline look like?

Answer

While we are still working out the finer details our our event the general timelines is as follows; Ceremony 5:00 - 5:30 PM, Cocktail Hour (and a half!) 5:30 - 7:00 PM, Reception 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM.

Are children welcome at the wedding?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration with the exception of the children in the wedding party. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Will you cater to dietary preferences and restrictions?

Answer

Yes, please ensure you enter any dietary restrictions and preferences when making your meal selections. The venue will also confirm these with you during the event. We can accommodate gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan guests.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes — come thirsty! We’ll be serving up cocktails, wine, beer, and bubbly at our open bar all night long. Cheers to love and good company!

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, our venue is handicap accessible. There are ramps and a chair lift to make sure all of our guests can enjoy the evening.

Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Answer

Yes! All of our wedding guests are welcome to help us kick off the celebrations on Friday September 12th for Welcome drinks at the Refectory in Villanova PA (cocktail attire). There will also be an after party following the reception at the Great American Pub in Conshohocken (casual attire). If you are taking bus transportation from the reception there will be a drop off at the Great American Pub. This event will have a cash bar and the party will keep going until 1:30 AM. Where should I stay?

Answer

We have blocks of rooms available at two locations in Conshohocken, West and Main and The Marriott Philadelphia West. Details for our hotels can be found on our Accommodations page. Buses will be provided to and form our hotels to our wedding venue. Reservations under our room block are due by August 22nd. If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block or if the block is listed as full at your desired hotel, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you regardless.
