Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Beach Chic - Women (sun/maxi dresses) and Men (shorts or pants and short sleeve shirt)

Transportation will be provided to your hotel area - see below for schedule: • 10:00pm – Trolley #1 – Providing guests staying at the Casa Marina, then to Plantation Tropicale, then to Duval Street • 10:00pm – Trolley #2 – Providing guests staying at Truman Hotel, Azul, Grand Guest House, Conch House, Parrot Key, Marriott Courtyard, Ibis Bay, Gates, Aqua Lodges, Fairfeld, Hilton Garden

Beach Party

10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Beach Attire (i.e. swimsuits, beach towels, flip flops, etc.)

Key West does not have many beaches so we have rented out the beach at Casa Marina for all our guests to enjoy. Even if you aren't staying at the hotel, you can come relax and enjoy a nice day in the sun! Everyone is welcome. Lunch will be served from 12 pm - 1:30 pm.

Wedding

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi-Formal

The trolley will provide roundtrip transport to the following hotel areas. Please be early - the trolley will not wait. Should you miss your pick up an Uber or taxi is best. Trolley One: 3:00pm - Pick Up - La Concha Hotel - 430 Duval Street Guests staying at : La Concha, 910 Simonton, Casa 325, Duval House 3:15pm - Pick up - Reach Hotel - 1435 Simonton Street Guests staying at: The Reach, Southwinds, Southernmost Hotel/Resort & Guesthouse, Best western 3:30pm - Pick up - Plantation Tropicale Trolley Two: 3:00pm - Pick up - The Gates - 3820 N. Roosevelt Blvd. Guests staying at: Aqua Lodges, Fairfield, Hilton Garden 3:10pm - Pick up - Marriott Courtyard - 3031-41 N. Roosevelt Blvd. Guests staying at Courtyard & Ibis Bay 3:20pm - Pick up - Parrot Key - 2801 N. Roosevelt Blvd. Guests staying at the Parrot Key 3:30pm - Pick up - Truman Hotel - 611 Truman Avenue Guests staying at the Truman Hotel, Azul, Grand Guesthouse, Conch House 11:00pm –Roundtrip returns
