Where should I stay?

Answer

We have arranged for discounted rates at the Crestwood and Timberline hotel-style condos, or try renting a local Airbnb! The Viceroy Hotel is a more upscale option as well--mention the McDaniel wedding for a discounted rate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5pm with shuttles leaving the Viceroy Snowmass beginning at 4pm - more information to follow!

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will provide round trip shuttle service to the ceremony site. Shuttles will run from the Viceroy Snowmass which is accessible from all Snowmass Village hotels and condos. If you are not staying at the condos, we will have a shuttle pick you up and drop you off. Please text Julie or Alec to arrange!

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yes! Please join the couple at Toro in Snowmass Village! Shuttles will be available from the reception and then home!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome to join our Pig Roast/Welcome Dinner on Friday night, but unfortunately, we are not having children at the wedding.
