What’s the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. Ladies in gowns or cocktail dresses, formal jumpsuits. Gentlemen in dress pants & shirts, suits/tux. Dress to impress!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love all the littles of the family, we ask that there be no kids at this event. Those that we have made exceptions for are aware.

Can I bring a guest?

If it was not discussed with Bride and Groom and an invitation was not sent to that person, we respectfully ask for just those that were sent an invite attend…

What should I wear to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Western Chic! Think clean, cute, and put-together – dresses, nice jeans with button-downs, cowboy hats and boots are welcome.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 20–30 minutes early to ensure you’re seated before the ceremony begins.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be at Long Pond Plantation, The ceremony is outdoors, and the reception is a covered indoor outdoor beautiful barn. Please plan footwear accordingly.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

All guests will be in charge of their own transportation

Can I bring alcoholic drinks or Smoke?

Answer

No. This event is to primarily honor God, the bride & groom. No alcohol, cigarettes or anything to that extent near ceremony/reception area.

What kind of food will be served?

We will have a selection of options provided by Cilantro Tacos. Taco bar, great appetizers, & a dessert table

Is there a registry or cash fund?

Answer

Your presence is truly the best gift. However, if you’d like to bless us, we have a registry and cash fund linked here on our website.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony—please keep phones away until after we say I do. Our photographers/videographers & appointed content creators will capture everything, we’d hate to have to edit out phones and raised arms during our special moment…

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Although we cannot fully predict the weather…March in Florida can be warm during the day and cooler at night. Bring a light layer if you get chilly!
