It was late February/early March, the start of COVID. We both downloaded Tinder as kind of a joke, never really thinking we’d find anyone on there. Juliana just downloaded it again and Drew was just about to delete it. When we matched, we both thought the other was way out of the other’s league but we tried anyways! For several weeks, we would Facetime, enjoy Netflix Party and talk all night even if we went to bed at 6 AM. We got to know eachother so well and bond over music, movies and our similar upbringings. We finally met in person about a month into us talking and stayed out for only 2 hours because, you know, peak COVID. Although, that didn’t stop us from seeing eachother again. We snuck out almost every night to the same spot, halfway between our houses, just to spend time together. (sorry mom and dad!!) That led to Drew asking Juliana to be his girlfriend at the Kemah Boardwalk, and where Juliana kissed him first. Fast forward a couple months, Juliana said she loved Drew first (even though Drew knew he did before she did) and they eventually moved in with eachother. They have now been living with eachother for 2 years and have three kitties that are the light of their lives. Drew proposed to Juliana at EDC Orlando (a music festival in Florida) during her favorite song from one of her favorite artists. The rest is history! We cannot wait to celebrate with y’all on our wedding day and we’re so excited to spend forever with our best friend.
