Where is the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Both events will be at Trout Lake Retreats, located at 1100 Twin Lake Road Stroudsburg, PA 18360. The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting, and then move to the reception hall. If there is any inclement weather, the ceremony remain at Trout Lake Retreats, but in an indoor location.

What time should we arrive?

Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. We will have both lemonade and a seasonal spritzer waiting for everyone!

Where do we park?

Answer

If you are arriving in your personal vehicle, please park in the parking lot located at Trout Lake Retreat. There is no overnight parking permitted at the location.

Will there be a shuttle service provided?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle details will be provided the day before and day of via text. There will also be information at the hotels!

Can I take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

The only thing we ask is that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’d like everyone to be able to take in the moment with their own two eyes. The photographer will be sure to capture it. With that being said, please take any photos you want during the reception! We would love to see them all afterwards!

Can I bring my child to the wedding?

Answer

Children have been limited to family only. However, if there are any issues, please reach out to us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The bar will be open from the beginning of cocktail hour (5pm) to approximately 30 minutes prior to the end of the reception. The venue does not allow any outside beverages to be brought on site.

What if I have any type of dietary restriction?

Answer

We want to make sure you enjoy the great food being provided on our wedding day! Please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs and we will get it squared away!

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

The reception is set to end at approximately 10pm. If anyone is looking to continue the celebration afterwards, stay tuned for info!
