What about the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will be taking place in Westfield MA earlier in the day with immediate family. We are limiting the ceremony to a small and intimate affair, but want to include all of our loved ones in the reception.

Please plan on arriving at 6:00 so you can maximize your enjoyment of the facilities. You will have full use of the activities and access to an open bar starting at 6:00. Formal wedding reception events will start shortly after 6:00. Dinner will be served following. SCHEDULE: 6:00 - Wedding Reception Starts 6:15 - Entrances 6:20 - Formal Dances 6:35 - Receiving Line - come say “Hi” to the bride and groom, and pick up your activity cards if you have not done so yet 7:00 - Dinner served - sit where you feel most comfortable 8:00 - Dessert Served - strawberry shortcake and various pies served until 9:00 pm 8:00 - DJ music and dancing until 11:00 pm 10:00 - Open bar closes 11:00 - Facility and public cash bar closes

What's the deal with the activities?

We will hand out activity cards that will allow all of our guests free use of most of the games & entertaining for the evening. Activities include unlimited access to most of the entertainment at Sonny's Place with the following restrictions: - The arcade is unlimited use, but prize tickets will not be awarded - One round of mini golf is included - One round of VR (Virtual Reality) is included - Laser Tag is not included but can be used for a fee and requires players to sign up for a time slot

What is the food & drink situation?
Answer
Food will be buffet style and casual, think backyard barbecue type items. Fountain drinks are unlimited, a private bar will be open from 6pm to 10pm, and a public bar will be open until 11pm. The private bar includes beer & wine at no charge.

Should we really not dress up?
Answer
You can if you want to, but it will restrict your ability to enjoy the venue. For the majority of the evening, we will be wearing casual clothing. Shorts, t-shirt kind of casual.

- Starting around 6:00 pm you can pick up activity cards and wristbands from our friends Shannon and Mike - Wristbands are required for the open bar - Activity cards are required to use the activities at the facilities - You can find Shannon and Mike inside the pavilion near the bandstand (They might be hard to find if you arrive after the receiving line is over.) - The open bar is from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm - A cash bar onsite is open until 11:00 pm - Most activities are free with the activity card - Exceptions: - Laser Tag costs $10 per round - Limit one round of mini golf and one round of VR - Activity cards will be active from approximately 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm. (It might work after 10:00, so feel free to try) - Activity card allows free use of arcade games, but no ticket prizes - Dinner will be an American BBQ buffet
