Shuttle to and from King Family Vineyard

A shuttle will be provided to and from the wedding at King Family Vineyard. The shuttles will be departing to KFV at: 4:00 pm Depart from the Residence Inn 4:05 pm Depart from the Fairfield Inn 4:10 pm Depart from the Draftsman 4:10 pm Depart from the Home2Suites The wedding venue is approximately a 25 minute drive from the hotels. Parking is available at the wedding venue, but we strongly recommend taking the shuttle! We recommend guests who are staying outside of the hotel blocks to take the shuttle from Home2Suites! Return shuttles will be available with an early run at 9:00pm and a final run at the end of the wedding at 10:30pm.

A limited block of rooms at the Fairfield have been reserved for our guests at the discounted rate of $189 per night (plus tax). This hotel has complimentary parking in a lot and attached parking garage. The last day to book for the wedding block of rooms at this hotel is 28 September 2022.

Charlottesville rentals! If you choose to stay in a rental outside the hotel blocks make sure you can get to the shuttle! Julianne and Marek will be staying at a rental near the downtown mall!

Charlottesville is a 2.5 hour drive from Washington, DC, 4.5 hour drive from Delaware, ~ 6 hour drive from New York, and only 24 hr drive from Denver!

Flight

Charlottesville-Albermarle Airport

Charlottesville–Albemarle Airport (CHO) is about 7 miles (12 minute drive) from downtown Charlottesville, VA. CHO has direct flights from NYC (LaGuardia), Philadelphia, Dulles, Chicago, Atlanta, and Charlotte. Taxis are available from the airport (~$25.00 from the airport to downtown Charlottesville) as well as Uber and Lyft.

Richmond International Airport is a small but efficient airport with direct flights from most major cities. RIC is an hour and a half drive north to our hotel options.
