Wedding Set Up

Please Dress for weather our colors are Eucalyptus green and Winter Wheat Yellow, but feel free to where whatever makes you feel comfortable.
We ask that anyone who is willing to help set up come at 10:00 am. Bride will bring all decorations to venue, just need extra hands moving tables and chairs and placing decorations!
Ceremony
1:00 pm - 1:45 pm

Feel free to sit where-ever you would like we are all one family now; however, please leave 4 front seats for bride and grooms parents to sit upfront. Ceremony may be held earlier if all decorations and prep are done early!
Reception
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

We only ask you to bring 3 things for our special day: positive attitude, your favorite alcohol/drink, and happy smiles! We will be providing BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches, beans, coleslaw, potato salad, dinner rolls, veggie tray, cake, and cupcakes!
After Party/Dance
4:15 pm - 9:00 pm

Dance floor available at venue; music will be provided.
Breakdown/Cleanup

Venue asks all parting to be over by 12:00 pm and for everything to be cleaned up and put away after party.
