One of Wyatt and I's first date was jet skiing in San Diego Bay. It is such a great way to see downtown San Diego and if you're lucky, even catch a glimpse of the Navy Seals training. The launch point is also located on Coronado Island, which in itself is worth checking out! If you're like me and are amazed by GIANT American houses then this is some place you want to drive around.
This is one of our favorite places to drop in or to even have a small staycation at. It offers a lot of different styles which adds to it's uniqueness! If you want to do some bowling, eat at a 24 hr diner, hang out at the pool, or even enjoy some live jazz music - then this is the place to be!
Seaport Village is a cute little shopping center tucked away along the harbor. It's not a large shopping venter but offers cute little shops and restaurants to ear at. If you walk along the coast you'll run into some of San Diego's iconic sights like the Embracing Peace statue and the USS Midway.
Balboa Park is a fun place to check out! You can either enjoy the park by spending some money and checking out some of their museums, or enjoy their many free attractions as well. Close by is a small little grocery shop that makes the best hot pastrami sandwiches. Wyatt and I often get those and have a picnic in Balboa Park :)
