While we love your little ones, our wedding events will be adults-only. We hope you enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!

Will there be a shuttle service?

We are currently considering a shuttle option on the wedding day to transport guests to and from Anaconda to the wedding venue in Philipsburg.

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire: Western Glam / Western Chic! We’re blending elevated western style with wedding elegance. Think boots, hats, fringe, suede, leather, and statement accessories styled in a cocktail or semi-formal way. Neutral tones are encouraged. What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Primary Airports Serving Philipsburg Missoula International Airport (MSO): Often considered the most convenient commercial airport for accessing the area, offering a roughly 1.5-hour drive to Philipsburg. Butte Bert Mooney Airport (BTM): The closest, but it is a smaller airport with more limited flights compared to Missoula. Other Nearby Airports Helena Regional Airport (HLN): A viable alternative for driving into the area. Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN): The largest and busiest airport in the region, offering more flight options, though it is further away.

What's the weather like?

Our Ceremony will be held outside for a short time period and the reception will be inside. Typical weather for Philipsburg, Montana in August: High Temperature: Approximately 73°F to 81°F Low Temperature: Approximately 40°F to 42°F Conditions: Mostly sunny to clear skies are typical for this time of year. Precipitation: The chance of rain is relatively low in late August, though not impossible. Evenings: Due to the high altitude and dry climate, temperatures will drop significantly at night, potentially reaching the low 40s°F.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes. The wedding venue has plenty of open parking available on site. Will provide more details later on parking for the Welcome Party venue.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm. Please arrive 20 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
