Oceanic is a bar/restaurant on the beach in Wrightsville. Great place for a drink on the pier, watching surfers, and live music. Our first time here, we had such a fun time we decided we wanted to get married in Wrightsville.

Jimmy's Wrightsville Beach
Jimmy's is a go-to hangout spot for live music with amazing local bands, and cold drinks! We highly recommend their watermelon red bull slushies :)

One of our first dates spots when Shon moved to Wilmington! Great beer and oysters.
Blueberry’s Grill
Bluerberry's is a WB staple! We love the blueberry hushpuppies. This place can get pretty slammed so we recommend that you get on the waitlist on Yelp before you head out the door!

Airlie Gardens
Airlie Gardens is a great place for the family. There are beautiful flowers and educational tours, and events for all ages.
St. Therese Catholic Church
For Sunday mass, St. Therese Catholic Church has mass at 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. We have let the Parish Office know that some of our guests will be coming.
Have a beach day!
Parking on the beach can fill up, so we recommend getting there super early, taking an Uber, or joining the caravan of people walking over the bridge. For beach rentals try The Shed or Sweetwater Surf Shop!
Our Favorite Places in Wilmington
If you want to venture into downtown Wilmington, try some of our favorite places! Starling Wine & Whiskey Bar (great cocktails in a cool neighborhood), Blue Post (pool hall), Copper Penny (phenomenal burgers), Concorde Espresso Bar (speaks for itself:) ), and anywhere on the waterfront for a fun ambience and boutique shopping.
For the Whole Family!
There are so many fun activities for the littles! Wrightsville Beach Park (jungle gyms and such), walk "The Loop" (about 3 miles), and Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park (water park, mini golf course, go karts, arcade, etc). Before you leave there's also a Farmer's Market on Mondays from 8-11am at the Wrightsville Beach Municipal Grounds (adjacent to Town Hall).
