Shannon and Julianna were sorority sisters together in Alpha Chi Omega at the University of North Carolina, as well as neighbors when they both lived in the State Thomas neighborhood of Dallas after graduation. Over the years, the entire David family has become close to the Woods, sharing many happy memories together.

Sarah is Julianna's sister-in-law, and has quickly become the sister that Julianna always wanted. Sarah is an avid runner, and enjoys being active outside with her two children - Isaac (5) and Quinn (4) who are also the ring bearer and flower girl. Sarah lives in the Florida Keys with her husband, James, and the kids.

Charisse and Julianna met while both working for Purple, Rock, Scissors, a web development agency, in Orlando, Florida. The first time they met, they both could swear that they had met before - and it was the start of a beautiful friendship. Charisse is a competitive distance runner, and shares a common love of Peanut Butter with the Bride. Julianna joined Charisse's family for an adventure of a lifetime vacation in Hawaii and she's been adopted as a third child into the Winter family. Charisse has spent many a weekend with the Woods and they have also adopted Charisse! Charisse still lives in the Orlando area with her boyfriend, Brandon Igdalsky (a Philly kid and an Eagles fan!!) and her incredible dog, Norman.

Amy and Julianna met all the way back in 7th grade at Upland Country Day School, and is Julianna's oldest friend. They both attended the University of North Carolina together and continued to grow closer over the years as they both made their way back to the Philadelphia area. The entire Wilson family has been a large part of Julianna's life, bringing her along on vacations, hosting many a Christmas party and even an extended period where Amy and Julianna both lived in Naples, Florida together. Amy currently works for ProgenyHealth and lives in Berwyn, Pennsylvania with her husband, Brandon, and their daughter Ainslee Olivia aka Livy (3).

Kristina and Julianna became friends in high school, and both moved on to go to the University of North Carolina where they became roommates and sorority sisters in Alpha Chi Omega. Kristina is a school counselor at Downingtown East High School and lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania with her husband, Urias and their son, Micah (2).

Autumn and Julianna met the summer of Julianna's 21st birthday when they both worked for Wawa in the Fresh Channel department of the supply chain. Much shenanigans ensued. Autumn grew up near Bethlehem and attended Temple University, so Julianna was able to see Autumn whenever she came home. Autumn is described as Julianna's "most sparkly friend" who never misses a perfectly posed photo op - she and her mother are both very talented photographers! Autumn currently works for ThirdChannel and lives in North Falmouth, Massachusetts with her husband, Colin, and their son, Wright (3).

Brittany and Julianna met while working together at Vanguard. She is an incredibly talented artist, and is Julianna's most trusted fashion consultant. Brittany is from Long Island originally, and currently lives in Pottstown, Pennsylvania with her husband, Ryan, and their daughter Mirabel (2).

Michael and Valerie Mayo

Michael and Valerie Mayo both attended the University of North Carolina Law School with David Wood Jr. and have been close friends ever since. Through their long lasting friendship with Dave and Marianne, Michael and Valerie have been surrogate "Aunt" and "Uncle" to Julianna throughout her life. This has included many trips to their beautiful home in Colonial Beach, Virginia where Julianna learned to waterski and developed her love of water as flat as glass. Michael and Valerie have become trusted advisors to Julianna as she came of age, and they grew even closer as she joined them in becoming another Tar Heel in the family. When thinking about who might officiate her wedding to Mikey, there was no question - it had to be Uncle Mike and Aunt Val.
