What are some details about the venue?
Answer
The venue is in a rural part of Portersville, PA. The ceremony will be held outside on site if all goes as planned. The reception will be held in a barn-like structure within the venue but will have an inside/outside feel. It is minutes away from McConnells Mill State Park. There is little to no phone service, depending on your provider. The terrain is a mix of gravel and grass.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP online or by mail by May 30th, 2025. Don't forget to add your names on the provided line on the RSVP card!!

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?
Answer
147 Kennedy Rd, Portersville, PA 16051 The ceremony and reception are at the address above. There will be a specified space for the handicapped or wheelchair bound for the ceremony. The venue itself is handicap and wheelchair accessible.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel for the wedding and reception?
Answer
No, there will not be a provided shuttle service. Please drive into the venue and park where directed.

What's the dress code for your wedding? Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal. Please dress comfortably as the weather in June can be unpredictable! There are no specified colors or styles. Please do not wear white :)

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
All invited children will be specified on your invitation envelope and on your online RSVP. Although we love your little ones, due to space restrictions, we had to limit the amount of children invited. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Julie or Dom.
