Lodge Pool: For a peaceful afternoon in the sun, we recommend unwinding at the Lakeside Pool at Black Butte Ranch. Conveniently located next to the Lodge, this pool offers breathtaking views, the perfect place for a refreshing swim or poolside cocktail. Glaze Meadow Pool: is located at the west end of the ranch. It is more family friendly, with both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a wading area for little ones.
Black Butte Ranch is home to two stunning golf courses. Big Meadow and Glaze Meadow, both offering scenic fairway views. Both courses are just a short drive from anywhere on the ranch and are know for being both challenging and affordable. Looking to explore beyond the ranch? In Sisters, you'll find Aspen Lakes Golf Course, a local favorite.
Just a few short minutes from the Ranch is the Black Butte Trailhead. It is a 4.1 mile hike leading to the summit of Black Butte, where you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Cascade Mountain Range and the Ranch below. It can be a challenging hike thanks to the elevation gain, but it's worth it for the view. That said..... please don't ask the bride to join you. She's done the hike 20 plus times, has nothing left to prove, and will be celebrating pool side NOT mountain side. The GROOM on the other hand? Has never done it. We'll let you decide what to do with that information.
Stroll through downtown sisters filled with local boutiques, art galleries, coffee shops, and delicious restaurants. Some of our favorite places to grab a bite are Snow Cap, Rancho Viejo, Sisters Saloon, Three Creeks Brewing, or Sisters Meat House.
