At least 15 mins early . We start strictly at 3:30 pm. We understand things happen ! If you are late you will be asked to wait until the ceremony is over as we have a strict schedule and are having video and photography taken during our ceremony . We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter .
Yes. A hotel recommendation will be given to you when you receive your invitation . You are more then welcome to book a room for the night .
Yes transportation will be from the hotel to the venue and then returning to the hotel at 10:30 PM . We understand it's a Sunday ! if you need to leave earlier then 7 pm please let us know so we can ask for parking on site
Bear brook valley has parking on site now ! Your more then welcome to park at the venue just please let us know in advance so we can let them know how many spots we need. If you will be staying at our hotel location for the night please park at the hotel to be transported back and forth
YES! please let us know if you have any food or allergy restrictions! We can let the staff know and they can make sure you are accommodated throughout the night.

We understand this is difficult matter . Children are welcome to the ceremony and reception but only if over the age of 8. We will be having video and photography taken during the ceremony and would like to have a quiet and calm atmosphere. During the reception we ask all children remain with parents during the family and friends entrance and during the first dance. We want to be transparent as possible as there is some outside adult games on site but not much for children to do on site . Bring coloring books, toys and anything else you need to keep your child happy and entertained during the night .We have children too so we do understand this can be a difficult decision but please understand we want to be able to focus on ourselves for our special day.
