Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan ahead to arrive at 4 pm and to be in your seats for the ceremony by 4:15 pm. The processional will begin at 4:30 pm SHARP. You'll need some time to find the venue (it's pretty hidden) and walk to your seats. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER THAN 4PM AND NO LATER THAN 4:15PM.

Question

IMPORTANT: How to Find our Venue

Answer

Our venue is a little hard to find because the GPS doesn't take you right to the front. Once you exit the freeway and head south on Hermosa Ave, SLOW DOWN. Otherwise, you'll miss it. There will be a long road directly on your right, between the freeway and an apartment complex, where you'll see signs pointing you to the venue. Follow the road all the way down till you get there!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire is black-tie optional. We kindly encourage our guests to wear warm, earthy, fall colors for our autumn wedding! Examples include olive green, brown, burnt orange, honey, etc.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, and both events are happening at the same venue! There will be parking attendants to assist you. Overflow parking is available along the field and in the church parking lot, which is just a short walk south of Hidden Oaks.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We wish we could include all children but, unfortunately, we can only invite children of immediate family members (named on invitations).

Question

Are smoking and alcohol allowed?

Answer

This venue prohibits all alcohol and smoking on the premises, including in the parking lot. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Is this venue ADA friendly?

Answer

Yes! There are ramps, priority parking spaces, and an ADA-approved restroom for individuals with disabilities.
