FAQs

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal, so dress pants & a nice shirt, dresses, suits, and everything in between are acceptable, but all we really ask from our guests is no jeans and no sweatpants! As with any wedding, we ask that our guests do not wear white, and our colors are navy and gold, so please refrain from wearing those colors as well.

Question

Can I bring a "plus one"?

Answer

In order to stay within our budget, we ask that only the people listed on the RSVP are in attendance. We are happy to discuss any alterations to RSVPs. If you believe we have made a mistake on your invitation, please reach out to Julianna!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We have decided that the only children we would like to be at the ceremony and reception are children within the immediate family. Once again, we do ask that only the people listed on the invitation are in attendance, and are happy to discuss alterations to RSVPs. We appreciate you making accommodations to attend!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Zola, Amazon, and at Target.

Question

What's on the menu?

Answer

Our menu will be served buffet-style, and contains the following: Baked Chicken Ham Mashed Potatoes Cheesy Potatoes Green Beans Side Salad Rolls

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

While the menu is set, we want to be considerate of all guests. If you have an allergy, please let Julianna or William know ahead of time so that we are able to inform the caterers.

Question

So, there's a bar right?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar, so no need to stress about drink prices. We do encourage you to still bring some cash for bartender tips and other events we may have during the reception.

Question

Why does my invitation only have the information for the reception?

Answer

William and I have decided that we would prefer a relatively small ceremony. To us, this is immediate friends, family, and our wedding party, but we would love for you to celebrate with us afterwards!

Question

Do you have a hotel block? Where can I stay?

Answer

We do have a hotel block for both the night before and the night of the ceremony. The hotel block is reserved at Holiday Inn Suites in Perrysburg, on Carronade Drive. The full address is listed in the "Travel" section of our website, as well as the booking link.

Question

When do I have to RSVP by? Do I have to send my RSVP via mail, or can I do it online?

Answer

We ask that everyone RSVPs by Sunday, October 22nd, 2023 at the absolute latest to ensure we have an accurate head count for our vendors. For ease of everyone involved, we have opted for online RSVPs! Simply head over to the "RSVP" tab of our website, type the name of someone in your party, and follow the steps!

Question

What happens if I don't RSVP?

Answer

We ask that everyone submits their RSVP by October 22nd at the latest to ensure that we can give vendors an accurate head count. After this date, the option to RSVP will be removed from the website, and all guests who have not responded will be considered a declined invitation. We thank you for your understanding.
