Their story begins at Sam Houston State University in 2017, where they first met as Orientation Leaders. They were friendly, thought each other were cute, but nothing ever came of it at the time. A few years later, life brought them both to San Antonio, navigating adulthood and a pandemic. Julianna had relocated for work, while Trevor was pursuing his master’s degree at UTSA. Then came Hinge. They both swiped right, reconnected, and started talking again after all those years. After a couple of months of chatting, Trevor finally asked Julianna out. Their first date was on February 18, 2023. That April, Trevor planned a trip to Fredericksburg, where they made things official as boyfriend and girlfriend. The “I love yous” soon followed. Trevor said it first at a Bag of Donuts concert, and Julianna said it back a couple of months later. From there, everything seemed to fall perfectly into place. They moved in together in March 2024, bought their first home that December, and began 2025 with an engagement. Now, having come full circle from college acquaintances to future husband and wife, they cannot wait to celebrate with everyone they love.
