**This option is located on the grounds of where the welcome party will be, a lakeside property about 20 miles/30 minutes from Erie. It's nothing fancy but an affordable and convenient option that's quaint. Some bathrooms are shared, others are in-room. It's a somewhat interesting set up due to some particular requirements. To reserve, at least five rooms must be booked with a minimum of two nights. You can take a look at the options via the link.
