Do I need to present my COVID-19 Immunization record?

Answer

Yes, ALL attendants need to present their records at the door. This is LA City law and ordinance if you do not have this and we do not have your information on file you will be asked to leave and can not be admitted to the venue. Please keep in mind this means you will not be able to attend the welcome party at Boomtown as well.

Can I present a negative PCR COVID test?

Answer

Nope! We are hosting a fully vaccinated event and adhering to local (and rapidly changing) COVID - 19 Immunization stipulations so that we can celebrate as safely as possible. We are not accepting any negative COVID test all guests, vendors, and staff must be fully vaccinated. The attendance of children under the age of 11 is at the discretion of the adults in charge.

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

Yes, but there are a limited number of spaces. Parking will be available at 5:30 pm (No Earlier) in the FedEx parking lot across the street from LA River Studios. Please carpool and consider Lyft/Uber.

Can I bring a date or my partner or my roommate or BFF?

Answer

We love you and we love that love in your life but please don't bring a date/partner unless your invitation indicated you were given a plus one. Unfortunately, we just can't accommodate everyone. Please arrive with the number allocated on your invitation and RSVP.

Is the venue ADA approved and Wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, LA Rivers Studio is fully accessible for those of all mobilities.

Are there gender neutral bathrooms?

Answer

Yes, there are four single-stall gender-neutral bathrooms? Also, this is a fully inclusive venue and event any person who does not respect that will be kindly asked to leave.
