What is the dress code?

It's a Ren Faire Wedding! What does "Ren Faire Wedding" mean? It means that we'll be dressed like you would for a Renaissance fair! If you've ever wanted to be a medieval maiden or a chivalrous knight, a Renaissance queen, a swashbuckling privateer (who left his sword at home) a Viking Shieldmaiden, a Norseman, a Celtic Druid, an Italian noblewoman, or merely a happy Maypole girl--perfect! Our local Faire has a guide on how to dress for the Ren Faire: https://renfair.com/bristol/join-us/costume-guide/ We appreciate you understanding that this is about historical clothing, so please remember that this is a more formal event--choose a character, but please no costumes intended solely as a joke. Be a knight, but don't try to be a headless one. Be a fae queen, but no party city wings. No clowns, sexy nurses, or Hockey Mask scary guys. Are kids invited?
Answer
Yes! Their names are not on the invitation, but this is a kid friendly wedding. When you RSVP, there will be a place for you to let us know which kids are coming so we are all prepared!
